      Pros

      Yummly is a company with a huge opportunity lying in front of it. They are the leading innovators in the connected cooking space and the future plans are very ambitious and exciting. This is one of the best teams I have ever worked with. I have never met a team of more passionate and hard working people. While previously a few design choices were made with meeting some short term objectives in mind, the company now has a much better calibrated long term vision.

      Cons

      The goals set forth are very ambitious. While the company manages to achieve these consistently, these goals some times make me skittish. This is probably more of an issue with me than the company.

      Pros

      This company has been through many changes and so far all have been great! I love coming to work and love my job. I was skeptical at first coming from a larger company with a culture that was more a fit for me. But after a few weeks I was glad I switched. - Always working with the newest tech so always developing new skills - People are friendly and willing to help - A lot of cross team collaboration - Be yourself, no judgement (I can be a little too much and people still accept me for me) - Top shelf benefits - Love dogs, this is the place to be - A lot of team gatherings and group lunches - Close to CalTrain so commute from anywhere

      Cons

      - Too many people messing with the Thermostat! 69 degrees people!
