      Pros

      - Work is very casual and you have unlimited vacation time. Thus, work life balance is great. - The people are kind & understanding

      Cons

      - New features that come out are gimmicky - No focus on audience / user - CEO has a lot of ego - Everyone that made Yummly impactful has left the company - Disorganized system altogether - I don't see the company lasting or growing at this rate

      Pros

      Yummly is a place where everyone's ideas are welcome, and the projects are big, ambitious, and fun. Work-life balance is the real deal. *Very* nice coworkers and a positive work environment! They've been excellent about telling us to put ourselves and our families first during Covid times. Woman-friendly, explicitly pro-diversity. Expect bug bashes, bake-offs, dogs and babies in video meetings, remote-work bourbon tastings, and lots of smart people. I can't wait to see coworkers again when we go back to in-person work in the awesome new San Carlos building.

      Cons

      While we're all working from home, I'm really missing the Yummly office snack wall. I have stocked up on fancy sparkling waters at home, but it's not the same.
