Cons

Tiring On your feet all day Must start 15 minutes before your shift and it's unpaid Other employees are usually Spanish or loofah and speak to eachother in their own language, very uncomfortable for English staff Managers don't smile and aren't welcoming Uncomfortable atmosphere

Pros

Always room for advancement; hard work is acknowledged; reputable product; communication is a priority among all, including management; above minimum wage; incentives for staying with the company; 401k; benefits for all levels of associates; system of covering/giving away/switching shifts is a breeze, as is requesting days off

Cons

Benefits are menial for non-corporate workers; barely instituted dollar raises; physically laborious; the value of respect and professionalism may sometimes be overlooked while pushing for advancement of associates; tiny employee discount
