      Great Co-Workers, Good Work-Life-Balance if you work Part-time, fair commission, Zara is a amazing company to work for especially in my case I can really say I feel like my work is my second family!

      commission based, provide uniform

      Cons

      extremely rude managers, always support Spanish oriented staff and look down at you and embarrass you for silly mistakes if you are not Spanish. They form spanish groups and speak ill behind your back. No personal life if you work here.

      Pros

      If you work hard, and have the right management team it's really easy to move up in the company. Pretty decent pay for retail, but the real pro of working are the people you work with.

      Cons

      Very little work/life balance. Corporate management has horrible communication, HR will tell you to do one thing while the commercial department says do something else which leaves the in store management very frustrated which can lead to a tense work environment for the rest of the staff.
