      -a lot of working (aka paid) hours available for PT staff -good pay given the nature of work -advancement opportunities -challenging environment helps develop work ethic

      -chaotic store environment -somewhat toxic communications/expectations from managers and corporate -unattractive uniform -low employee discount

      Which school you graduated does not matter in this business.

      Cons

      People are too bossy. They just wont stop giving negetive feedbacks no matter how hard you try. They think giving negetive feedback is something that a boss must do.

      25% staff discount. If you work at menswear or kidswear at a less busy store the situation might be better.

      Cons

      Everyone works in ladieswear looks unhappy... I work part-time and already feel exhausted. I work over the weekend, and the store is CRAZY all the time. the pay is so low in terms of the work you do. I mean you can get the same or higher pay in other stores but under a much much better working condition. Also some old employees like to give new gilrs a hard time. I don't what's wrong with them. The managers cares nothing about employees, they just want you to work like a machine.
