Pros

Management is quite lax. You can move up in the company quite easily, too.

Cons

If you're not liked, you can get fired easily. I opened up a location and more than half the staff was cut because the store wasn't making as much money as they hoped. My personal hours were down to four a week before I quit. Also, the simple sales job is not challenging. Employee discount was horrible when I worked there.

Pros

Very fast paced, very flexible hours. Cool people to work with.

Cons

There is a lot of work, customers are very rude and don't care. Holidays are chaotic. No benefits for part time.

Pros

The 25% off when you buy something from them.

Cons

The employees only care about themselves. Women employees can only work on the woman's area and men can only work in the men area. It feel pretty sexist and it doesn't give us much grow room. There was theft on my first day and I terminated my employment with them. When wanting to reapply I was told that I had 3 call no shows which was impossible if I had quit. Management doesn't pay attention to their employees nor do they care about them.
