It was a decent experience in the beginning, but eventually turned very sour at the end.
Pros
I made a lot of great connections and had fun with after-work dinners and getting to know my coworkers. Many of us were college students and also passionate about fashion. Two of my managers were literally so amazing and I adore them so much.
Cons
Near the end of my time, a new employee came to work at our store. He would often look at me but I didn't mind because I assumed that he was just trying to introduce himself. When I did introduce myself, he suggestively stroked my wrist and told me it was a pleasure to meet me. He would keep looking at me during that day and try to strike up conversations with me. That was extremely disturbing and I felt super uncomfortable after that. I was trying to talk to my manager and she dismissed my experience by saying he was just trying to be nice. I tried to get into contact with HR but I got frustrated and quit. I felt that I shouldn't have to try to defend my experience and it was tiring to tell the same story 4 times, to my manager, HR and my other managers.
