      A overwhelming start! Be on top of your game!

      Pros

      - Somewhat friendly staff - Excellent apparel collection, always changing and I never had a dull moment to assist customers style to their preference. - Phenomenal visual store presentation. Zara is no place for slackers. You gotta put your sales face on and be confident with your decisions working here. Work with urgency and you'll be fine!

      Cons

      - Hardly no directions or initiative to teach new candidates the ZARA ways of establishment. Everyone thinks their the boss and try to push you around in each department. I had to shut down the aggressive behavior tones day after day while I had to work with some of the employees. Probably the holiday stress got to their nerves so I let it be water under the bridge.

      Pros

      The pay for a retail job was really god, You got a bonus every year on top of a raise in pay. Opportunity to move up is there if you really want to and if you work hard enough. The discount is 25% and can be used online and in store. Breaks are considerate and fair. Pretty much it.

      Cons

      The customers are rude and inconsiderate!!! You fold a table and in 5 mins the table is a mess again. The managers micro manage with everything in them. If your store closes at 9pm don’t expect to leave until 11pm or 12am.

      Pros

      Cool coworkers, got along great. it was management that everyone hated to work with. every other day someone was quitting in the middle of their shift.

      Cons

      bad management, no room for growth, favoritism towards the Hispanic coworkers.
