This was the worst experience ever. Unrespectful management Customer support is not the priority here Racist "jokes" Mistreatment of employees NO motivation Very Low salary There is not a entire training day. "According them" after 2 hours of trainig you have to know everthing and your are alone the rest of the day which is quite funny because they even don't know many things that you are asking for I had a contract for 24 hours a week and I never worked less than 30 hours a week and there is NOT an extra hour PAID, They give you the extra hours in free time There is not happy people in this company Staff is always sick, but I can understant why Everyone is stressful The atmosphere is not nice Unfortunatly I don't have anything good to say about Zara, the staff is not constant. At least 3 persons leave Zara per week and they don't care about it. If you are planning to work in this company I will recommend you to think on it twice before you start. There are better options in Amsterdam. This job is for people without expectations in their life. Regards!
