Pros

None that i can think of.

Cons

Poor management with too many levels of management. Lack of communication to staff, terrible staff benefits (15% discount after 6 months only for full-time staff) and no loyalty to staff. Rules are too rigid. Must be on the floor ready to work 15 minutes prior to your shift to attend a pre-day meeting, this is without pay. It may only be 15 minutes a day but it adds up to hours of unpaid work through the year.

Pros

The company has good benefits for full-time employees, energetic and auto-motivated people, flexible schedules, good vacation time. Unfortunately more negative than positive in this company.

Cons

The amount of work is beyond over whelming, it never gives raises to employees and promotions in the stockroom rarely happens.

Pros

They are a wonderful team and it's really easy and enjoyable to work with them. I learned from real good professionals and grew up with them for a while.

Cons

It was just a Spring-Summer campaign and we all knew it was going to end up soon, but we really got along and I have nothing to say against them.
