1. Nice food 2. Nice perks 3. Good location 4. Good culture 5. Work life balance

Cons

There is no quality of work. Main core work is done in other countries and then the game is moved to india. Indian developers need to just push new content. After a while the work becomes monotonous. The only way to do good work is, find out problems and get solutions. If the management likes the solution then you can do that work. But this requires lot of extra effort apart from your day to day work.

401k match and gym...snacks. what else? Not much...oh their bathrooms are pretty well maintained.

Cons

Politics and inexperienced managers who don't know what they don't know plus not a competitive salary (Zero bonus for designers and 0 to 1% annual increase)
