Pros
Apparently good work life balance and career growth in West.
Cons
Studio-i is in a steep decline, driven by toxic, insecure leadership that cultivates a "yes-man" culture. These leaders lack soft skills and empathy, frequently humiliating and openly criticizing staff, making every meeting a fearful experience. If you disagree, expect targeting and attempts to discredit you through unequal treatment, with even small issues over-escalated. Individuals are burdened with unrealistic goals and intense scrutiny. Salaries are not competitive, and work-life balance is non good due to weekend Slack pings and after-hours demands. This contributes to a deeply psychologically unsafe environment, which is ignored in the name of growth. As a result, team health is declining with no action taken. HR is utterly ineffective, offering no support, no exit interviews, and zero accountability on leaders. Employees who conflict with their managers quickly find themselves out the door. Power is highly concentrated, leaving staff feeling helpless. Despite rampant attrition and a failure to attract top talent from institutions like IITs and IIM ABCs, management continues to ignore these critical issues.
