- A lot of my team members are fantastic & hard working people - If you have a good manager, you'll learn a lot - Zynga is a great first job for learning game development

Cons

- Bad employees are kept longer than they deserve - Company politics are suffocating and hurt the teams - Benefits became crappy after T2 took over, and pay is not competitive

Cons

Politics,Favouritism and Nepotism in all of the central teams (Sharedservices, Cloud teams). Most of the good engineers have already left Technical illiteracy at it's peak now in central teams (in Zynga India)

Saying I love working at Zynga is an understatement - I truly love coming into work and doing my job for the first time in my life. Zynga has the most incredible people, perks, benefits, rewarding experiences, growth opportunities, events, and more. I feel super lucky to get to call this "work" every day. Also - the dogs here rule.
