      Pros

      fun group of people to work with, great company culture, allow dogs which are a fun element, overall the company is doing well so lots of positive energy and enthusiasm

      Cons

      Not a great amount of company wide communications, it would be awesome to have really good intranet for employee communications, a lot groups are very sheltered from other groups and do not cross functionally connect very easily.

      Can't find any reason to work here.

      Cons

      It's going to be a long list so take a cup of coffee and sit down. 1. No work-life balance 2. Worse management 3. Producers think that the developers are slaves who can work day and night. 4. Micro-management done a lot which increases stress. 5. No time given to work and they keep asking for new stuff withing the old time frame. 6. Stressful environment for the developers. 7. No growth since you are not allowed to work at all. 8. Tech stack is too old. 9. Automated work a lot - no real development or learning. 10. No proper management to guide you. 11. High attrition rate 12. Developers are looked at with disgust at this company.
