      - Great, smart people - Fun-oriented culture - Fun products - Free food - Great for career growth (recruiters love ex-Zynga people)

      Cons

      - Some groups are really cut-throat - Depending on the group, there may be way too much work, no work/life balance at all - Stock is in the dump and not clear if it'll ever recover

      Pros

      Zynga still has some talented people to work with. There is a strong analytical culture that if done right (like the early years) can be a great learning opportunity for people.

      Cons

      Lost focus over time. Early employees left or checked out. The management let strong people leave and were left with some poor employees.
