Pros

- Great perks like gym, massages, haircuts, snacks, drinks, and meals. - Decent compensation. - Bring your dog to work. - Results-driven and fast-paced.

Cons

- Severely political to the point of hampering productivity and creativity. - Near-zero value for creativity, artistry, and innovation in products. - Too focused on metrics and numbers as opposed to creating meaningful user experiences. - Almost all projects are "fast follows" (copycats) of existing hits. - Terrible executive management.

Pros

Food and events were terrific. Exciting Game launches

Cons

Disrespectful to employees. They demand 24/7 availability and don't hesitate to fire. Managers yell and push people publicly. Common to be put down or disrespected. No value for employees.

Pros

You will learn a lot Good pay (at least for engineers) You *might* work on a hit game

Cons

You might *not* work on a hit game, in which case your time there will get more and more miserable, regardless of how good you are at your job. Work / Life balance is not very good. The company is not very focused at the senior level. This might have to do with Pincus' famous scatterbrain, which I witnessed a couple of times. Maybe the new guy will help with this.
