      Plenty of opportunities for growth. No opportunity for stability.

      Pros

      Moving up the ladder is very possible.

      Cons

      Constant change means, even if you move up the ladder, you constantly traverse uneven terrain. You direction will be "pivoted" at a moment's notice. This means what you've been working on gets tossed aside in favor of the latest flavor of the month.

      - You get to work with some of the best people around - Probably the best place for Product Management in India - Awesome food / recreational facilities

      Cons

      - Work / Life Balance will take a hit, at least initially. That might be true of any firm. - No clarity beyond the next 3 months. Things / Teams change very quickly. If the chaos is okay, you should thrive here.

      Great benefits. Beautiful facility. Great co-workers. Great salary.

      Cons

      Upper management is often confused and top heavy. Listening isn't their strong suit. Terrible advancement policy (or rather lack of one. Basically you need to kiss the right tail in order to grow) Company is entirely focused on copying exhausting games and less on taking risk and truly finding out the things that make games fun.
