      Smart people, hard problems, really massive scale, good compensation, great office, great benefits and perks, very flexible vacation policy, opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Long hours, no 401k employer contribution matching.

      Pros

      Challenges and opportunities that you won't find anywhere else right now. A chance to work with smart, dedicated, dynamic, fun people. A great workplace. No formal vacation policy -- if you need time off, you take time off. An opportunity to create stuff that millions of people all over the world will enjoy.

      Cons

      Fast growing and chaotic. Things change quickly. Big company but still is like a start-up in a lot of ways. If you like things predictable and steady, this is not the place for you.

      No1 company in Social gaming which has a huge potential Great package(salary, bonus, stock) Cool cutting edge tech Great benefits (delicious food, party, massage) Zynga is definitely one of the most successful in following 10 years It is the right place for the person who works hard and productive.

      Cons

      long hours of work, but it's the same for every start-up company Many Micromanagement Zynga is very ambitious, that's very correct, but it should have a clearer objective and strategy Have a clear company culture, this is very important for the company in future
