Zynga Response

Thank you for your post. It is unfortunate to hear about your experience at Zynga, though I can assure you that the Company is and remains committed to ensuring that all employees feel safe and respected at work, and that they can also confidently rely on Zynga to listen to and address their workplace concerns when they arise. Harassment, discrimination, and general workplace toxicity have no place at Zynga, and we take reports of these issues very seriously. To this end, we would appreciate hearing more details about your experience so that we can further investigate and, if needed, take immediate action in response. We encourage you to provide more information (which can remain on an anonymous basis if you wish) via Zynga’s online platform at EthicsPoint - Take-Two Interactive Software https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/media/en/gui/47258/report.html

From great to average....

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

They have decent benefits and good work life balance. If you join a game team, you will learn valuable knowledge about every aspect of the mobile game industry.

Cons

Zynga's compensation and benefits are much worse after the T2 acquisition, and they are continuing to decline. This was once the greatest place I'd ever worked, but is now just average. Zynga was innovative and agile, but is now often bogged down by workplace politics.

Poor policies regards to WFH

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

1. Chill to work once you are familiar with game dev 2. Employee friendly, good Work life balance, good pay and food

Cons

1. No growth beyond a point. A junior as well as senior engineer will end up doing similar work 2. Enforcing 2 day compulsory office policy and micromanagement of attendance by HR. They will ask you to take leave for a full week instead of 2 days WFH. 3. Justifying why on a certain week you did not attend for 2 days.
