Lunch is good, work-life balance exists.

Cons

The senior management in Design are rude and also the least human employees. They are also nepotistic and employee unethical practices. They are proud of being unethical as well. For example, the director likes to give tests to interviewees and then asks the team members to use it for future cadence releases.

- fair pay - excellent benefits - mostly awesome work environment and culture among coworkers

Cons

- inept leaders with no management skills allow bullying among coworkers and actively bring down the morale of their own team - few promotions from within - self-centered org leaders more concerned with their own career trajectory rather than lifting up their entire team
