      Salary is ok Free Transport Work Culture Office is like 5 star hotel else nothing I like here

      No work Life balance No HR skip Managers are hired as Team lead to look the employees but internally they appointed Senior Analyst who run the whole team and the Team Lead never take any action if discussed and just try to avoid the situations. The management of this organization is worst,they favoring few one & targeted one they don't like not on performance basis but on the basis of personal. No HR support at all they arrange calls only but no solution to your problems. No leave encashment No Insurance policy for Parents

      1. Good working environment. 2. Observe safety. 3. Working hours ok.

      Cons

      1. Merits is not enough to get you promoted. 2. Bp Singapore tend to promote female colleagues to balance out the males heavy management in US and Europe. 3. Internal promotions within the department is rare. BP prefers to parachute the chosen ones from other departments to be your manager and expect the most senior team members to guide the new manager. 4. Increment is really little, around 1.5% to 2% annually unless promotion

      Pros

      Benefits are great, retirement benefits used to be amazing. They used to have a very lucrative pension on top of a 7% 401k match. If you don't care to climb the ladder, you can have great work life balance.

      Cons

      Benefits have been dwindling ever since new CEO took over. PTO is horrendous. Definitely not up to speed with other major companies. They won't fire anyone but instead go through massive layoffs frequently. You can't really trust anything upper management says. They aren't transparent at all.
