Pros

No single pros for contract employee.

Cons

If you are in contract then don't join to bp, I had work for daily more than 12 hrs with Saturday without single monetory benefits, worst company for working, no work life balance.

Pros

Decent benefits and rare pension plan now. You can have good opportunities to learn but it entirely dependent on your roles inside the program.

Cons

TDPs are effectively used as cheap labor for a program that is too drawn out with little structured learning. Incredibly political office with little to no transparency to those inside the program. Very little control over your own path, and the control you do have is through politics. A great deal of your success and learning comes down to the roles you are giving and the teams you work with. Program lacks structure to truly teach each participant.
