Terrible place for engineers in the beginning of their career (0 - 5 years). No engineering or real work done. Most employees are pushing paperwork and project scheduling. People that remain are milking pension and looking for retirement, or are content doing nothing new for the rest of their career. Extremely bureaucratic and incompetent managers talk about the buzzwords like data science, renewables, Agile, impact-from-day-one, and engineering but have little understanding of what these actually mean and lack the technical foundation. Very little vacation (even with the new policy) and expensive cafeteria.

Horrible environment. Extremely demanding company for very poor wages. If you have good personal relationships with the management you have some opportunity to grow. Based on your efforts, you will never grow. This is why non prepared or non talented people become leaders that keep bringing down people and promotong their "friends" over and over again. Company does not plan ahead, they improvise a lot for this reason there are always "emergency situations" that require double work, double effort and overtime. They save money on trainings as well, therefore you will be trained by your senior/manager that does not know how to teach and will just read some slides instead of coaching.
