      Pros

      Good remuneration and benefit. Challenging for other companies to match. Generally nice colleagues at the working level.

      Cons

      Long working hours in Singapore. management appears to listen and talks about mental health and balanced work life but subsequently more work is added to your portfolio. A lot of show and tell and time wasted to update Management from HQ.

      Proud automotive heritage; premium products; generous 401(k) match, education reimbursement and vacation.

      Cons

      No mobility or opportunity for promotion; 10,000-person cut in late 2020/early 2021 made all teams way too lean with people overworked with multiple jobs; cut budgets with expectations to deliver the same results; constant reorgs that move people in roles they do not want; poor leadership.

      Was a great company previously. Great colleagues and some great work.

      Cons

      Recent reorganisation was poorly managed. They have shafted long serving employees by changing the final salary pension - if they had been truthful during the reorganisation I would have left. HR is incompetent and do not answer questions straight - they hid behind rules and live in the HR bubble. The new share options given to grade Fs and above continues to line the coffers of snr leaders. Grade G get pitiful amounts in comparison. Once upon a time BP had great benefits they are now average.
