      Pros

      Good, caring internal culture. Although a little subject to role/team, most people are forward thinking, want to make a positive contribution and are ready to help each other achieve their goals. Good work-life balance and some teams are also good at encouraging flexible working. Great pay and benefits for engineers.

      Cons

      Slow and bureaucratic. Impossible to have the career that you want as you're more likely to be told what you'll do. If what you want what the company wants then you'll do great. Lots of people around who are okay but not particularly happy with their jobs.

      Good Salary, Benefits, Bonuses and ability to work from home.

      Cons

      You need to network or politics can keep you from moving up. Lack of communication falls on employee if you're not active and aggressive. If you are too aggressive, being proactive, that too can work against you.
