Interview
Video interview with recruiter followed by video interview with hiring manager. I followed up with my recruiter multiple times over the course of 3 weeks but kept getting the run around. Buying time for the hiring manager to continue the process with other candidates. I understand if I am not the right candidate, but don't string me along for weeks especially if I am being proactive and asking for an update.

Interview
I would say the interview process was difficult simply because of the assessment before the interview. 72 hours to read 2 manuscripts, write 2 readers reports, and 2 flap copies with no guarantee that you’ll get an interview or a job offer. I understand that there needs to be an assessment given to prospective employees, but this one (compared to other assessments I’ve done) felt over the top. At a point, it’s too much and just feels like free labor.

Interview
First recorded interview followed by a second zoom interview. Recorded interview was very challenging as you had limited time to respond. The zoom interview was much more causal and easier.
