Penguin Random House interview questions

The process consisted of the interviewer describing in detail the most salient aspects of the position. He highlighted important duties and tasks. I asked questions along the way and answered his questions which were very basic—why do you want to work here, what was the most satisfying aspect of your previous job?

The interview process was very lengthy. I was part of five separate interviews each of them consisting of at least 2 people conducting the interview. Most of the interview conductors asked the same questions.
