Interview
Not really concerned with abilities... They like YOUNG college grads that don't know this is not a healthy environment to be in. When I was waiting in the parking lot from my Uber a bunch of their employees were outside talking about how much they hate working there and how me and my group are just one of many they hire in droves because their turnover rate is so high.

Interview
Projects/Assignments followed by video conference and in person interviews. It started off by submitting my resume and cover letter. Then I had to complete a questionnaire assignment about my skill set and ideals.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SnackNation (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied online. Invited to group interview. Lasted a few hours with most questions revolving around personality rather than qualifications or skill sets. Felt like a Psychiatric session. Weird, cult vibe. They asked to bring in four resumes and only needed one from each person. Seems like a waste of paper (resume paper can be expensive). They want you to fit their personality mold rather than ability to sell and turn a profit.
