Interview
I applied online through their company website and heard from the recruiter (Director of Talent Acquisition and Rock Stardom), Ray, several days later. We set up a FaceTime interview which lasted around 30 minutes. Ray was warm and welcoming from the start as we reviewed my work experience and interest in the role. He let me know during the interview that he wanted me to speak with Chelsie (VP Member Experience) next and followed up within the hour to schedule this call. The next week, I spoke with Chelsie over the phone for about 45 minutes. We went over more of the specifics of my people management experience and I had the chance to ask her questions. She told me at the end of the call that she would like for me to come in to an in-person interview to meet with her and Brendan (Director of Member Success) whom I would be directly reporting to. The in-person interview was scheduled for the following week and lasted about an hour. Brendan and Chelsie were both so easy to talk to as we discussed specifics of my work experience and examples of how I handled different situations. The interview eventually turned into a more casual/personal conversation which I really enjoyed and made me realize that I would really enjoy working with the two of them. At the end of this interview, they let me know that they would like me to meet with Ryan (President/COO) next. There was a bit of a break in between these two interviews due to the holidays. When I did meet with Ryan, I was impressed with the amount of preparation he had put into our meeting. He was very easy to talk to and genuinely interested in me and why I wanted to work for SnackNation. I received verbal confirmation after this interview that they would be making me an offer. I received a call from Ray an hour later making me a verbal offer and soon after received the official offer letter via email.

Interview
Short. It was clear I was not who they wanted from the moment I walked in.
Great if you fit their ideal - judging by the reviews. And not so great if you don't judging by other reviews.
Look at the pictures of their team. If that's you, you'll love it. If it's not- move on.
Experience and accomplishments do not wager into the process much. but it's hard when you are older (and have a had a longer, more accomplished career) than those who are interviewing you for accomplishments to be considered important.
They are obsessed with Grit. Look at the staff pics online. Do a bunch of pretty young, mostly white people look like those who have a lot of grit?
