Quick and Unprofessional They were more worried about our personalities than our job experience. They never discussed how much we'd get payed during the interviewing process. Once you're through they simply hand you an offer letter stating how much you're going to be making without ever negotiating that with you.

The process was very quick and easy. I first had to make a short video answering some interview questions. Then I had a 30 minute phone interview with the CS Manager, followed by an in-person interview with the VP of Member Success, and a follow up interview with other members of the Customer Success Team. I applied mid-October 2016 and started at the end of November 2016. Everyone I met was super friendly and smart -- you could tell they genuinely enjoy showing up to work every day.
