Spectrum Direct Sales Representative interview questions

Interview with HR over the phone, then one on one with a manager. You wait 2-3 weeks for background check to come through. Then 6 weeks training.

Hiring manager mostly talked about the company expectations, challenges current sales rep face on a day to day basis, and how would I overcome these challenges. The hiring manager also asked if I had sales experiences. We did some door to door sales role play.
