Easy interview. The whole hiring process took about a month. I applied got a call from a recruiter (about 2 weeks later) who gave me a time and date for my interview. Interview was about 20 minutes. They ask you a lot of situation type questions. I didn’t have any call center experience and still got hired. They teach you everything you need to know. Go to the interview prepared to be asked those types of questions it’ll make the interview easier.
