Steps were fairly standard. Recruiter screen => Hiring Manager => Panel interview. Spectrum seems to be losing a lot of money to other ISPs including wireless internet providers and also with cable tv revenue as streaming services (i.e. youtube tv) is growing. As a result, looks like they're trying to grow their ads business. I spoke with the recruiter and while there are very few tools in place, they would like to hire experienced ad tech professionals. The pay was laughable at about 50% of the market average and I withdrew my application.
