The interview process was unnecessarily long. I completed a phone screening with a current HR Intern then had to complete a digital interview, then had to schedule an interview with an actual manager. This was very drawn out, I was contacted by another company, interviewed, and accepted the position during the last two weeks of the process. Took about a month.
