interview process was with one of the supervisors, he was nice, asked me a series of "what would you do in this situation" questions and then let me listen to a call that had an angry tone to it and asked how i would have handled it.
Interview is over the phone first then through zoom. Be dressed business casual and have a working camera. The interview lasts about an hour going through your resume and skills. About 15 minutes is spent explaining the position and responsibilities.
