Spectrum Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Everything went well and the interviewer was very on point . I already had took and passed the assessment test online so everything was good after that. Training starts may 2018. The application process is 4 weeks and the trading class is 6 weeks without missing one day

You submit an initial application online. You will then be contacted by phone for a brief phone interview (usually within 48 hours). If you are selected you will be given the location and time for the computer based assessment and background study. There is a drug test as well. You will get a tour of the facility from a supervisor, then you will sit and answer some basic questions. If you make it to the supervisor interview you will be offered a job.
