After being invited to an interview at a specific time, I found that it was a cattle call, and waited over two hours for my interview. The initial interviewer's email said 'Do not hesitate to call or email me if you have any questions.' I did. I emailed. I called. I was ignored for nine weeks, then sent another form letter saying I could come in for an interview.
They give you a set of scenarios where you role play through a customer service call. The correct answers are to make the customer feel stupid, rather than to be polite.

Had a phone interview with the recruiter with basic questions very simple. The a face to face to interview that went pretty smooth, was nervous but made her laugh and was confident.

The interview process was very smooth. It was one on one with multiple people who made you feel comfortable. The wait afterwards seemed to be the longest. Three weeks later I got an offer letter and all was well.
