Spectrum Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Did interview/ passed everything,assessments, job offer, then resinded do to background check of a misdemeanor. Until there is Youngblood in hiring process if you have a charge the uptight anal tunnel vision people they have will not hire do to 3yr old misdemeanor

2 interviews, 1 with HR which was very robotic, and the 2nd interview with a manager at the call center. The online test is very easy although it took an hour or so to complete the test
