They hire first through a contracting company then later bring you in full time if you are working out well. The interview with the company was a panel interview with three of the group managers asking questions. Nothing to hard but they need to know that you know at least a little bit about CDNs and how a cable head end works. Previous experience is a but plus.

The recruiter was terrible but the overall interview process was pretty simple. They seemed to be overwhelmed and had a hard time returning my calls. i am still pretty excited to work for spectrum the people i know that work there seem happy.
