After the application was the assessment questionnaire from that was the phone interview which gets you familiar with the company followed by your hiring.... except in my Cass they waited until the very end to ask about a background check which I would fail due to felonies everything was great expect it was all for nothing

Applied online got a phone call about an interview it was at a local workforce 1 office they where up front about the pay even with experience they will low ball you basically if you are willing to join the local 4 union and take the low pay you can start after a basic interview and drug test and you must have a driver license

Started with application on-line and email correspondence August 2016 without further communication. Applied again November 2016 with a follow up with phone interview and 3-hour panel interview December 2016.
