Interview
In-person interview with the manager and some coworkers explaining the role. Everyone was very friendly and they described the role well. The majority of the interview was them describing what the team and what they needed, and only asked a few questions about background. They told me that they had a few technical questions but did not ask me any because they felt confident I knew enough based on my background.
I did not get an offer, mainly based on the answer to one question they asked, described below.

Interview
I applied online through my college recruiting website. I was contacted by a recruiter and had an interview with an HR generalist in the NYC office. I had a phone interview that lasted around 45 minutes. The interview was very nice and not intimidating, it was very clear that they want people to fit the role they are looking for. After a few days, the recruiter emailed me I had the internship.
