Spectrum interview questions

At the interview, you will be given a common computerized test that will test your ability to multitask as well as your responses to difficult situations. In addition to the test, you will be engaged in a phone screen, interviewed with a Human Resources agent, and, in some cases, introduced to a separate manager on the floor.
