Interview
I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes until someone finally greeted me. The interview went well and I got the job the next day. Then waited 6 weeks for the next class to start. Once I graduated from training, which was a joke, other classes continued to graduate approx. 20 students every 2 months. I realized a monkey could have passed their interview. Since I have left, their mass hiring has continued - just look at their job ads online and ask yourself why are they hiring so many people. This is why I had to find a cube to work at everyday. If they don't have enough places for their employees to sit, why do they continue to hire in masses. Because of the merger with Charter and the oversees customer services jobs being brought back to the US and being made part of the sales department.

The hiring and interview process was easy. Everything I was able to provide online, the interview process was very simple. The background check was longer for me though as I had some issue because of a government security clearance.
