A long interview process where you role play with all (ALL) the supervisors. The process is long and involved an extensive background check. There sales strategies changed over the course of the 3 years I worked there. They went from a soft consultative sales pitch to a hard first call close pitch. Their rational went from "these business' are not expecting you call, it takes a few days to close them" to " We have the best rates (they didn't) so you should be able to close them in the first call"
