Interview
It is an open interview done based on 1st come 1st served system. You interview with at least 3 people through 2-3 phases. So, if you make it through step 1 you go back to the waiting area & then someone will come get you for step 2 interview. The final or 3rd step is role play to see how you sound, etc. The interview will ask you how well you think you did & if necessary interject his/her critic.

The interview was fairly easy. They asked basic questions about your experience, school,if you are willing to take a drug test. I got offered the job right away. Afterwards, I had to do a drug test as well as TB test. After hiring you have a lot of training to do.
