Interview
The interview process for the Senior UX Designer role was very straightforward and easy, as the team is quite small and they needed a new designer ASAP.
First, I met for 30 minutes with the hiring manager, where I was asked typical UX questions (including questions about my UX process, how comfortable I was working with and without other team members, etc.).
In the next (and last) round I gave a portfolio presentation to the UX team members, as well as engineering team members, where they mostly asked questions about how I work with and communicate with devs and stakeholders.

Interview with Manager. It was fine. He had questions about my experience, He posed some classic interview questions, He seemed burned out on the interviewing process. Once it was over, I didn't hear back from them for a few weeks. Granted, it was around the holidays.
