Hiring process was smooth, i had 1 phone interview and 2 in person interviews which were with a member of the HR team and also with 2 supervisors. On floor supervisors do most of the interview process which, in my opinion is a great process to let the supervisors do the interviewing to allow a close interaction with the management team early on in the process.
