HR contacts you first, and then offers you a first interview with a supervisor in the call center. Then, if you pass, you speak with the call center Manager. The questions are about your customer service experience, how you would handle certain situations, and opinions on different subjects. The only problem that I had was inflexibility of when I could interview with the call center manager. I had to take time off of my job to attend the interview, which cost me some money, since I was previously a contract employee.
