The interview went well, but the process through the human resources group and through upper management (for approval) moved very slowly. The hiring manager and Director were great, but new senior level management at the company have moved toward a micro-management style of leadership which dramatically increases decision making timelines. I was offered another position about the same time as this offer and accepted the other offer instead.

I was an out of state hire. they brought me out and payed for my stay and travel. It was a standard interview process I spoke with several Managers and employees. Phone interview first and then Face to Face about a week later.
