First interview was a phone personality interview after that is passed you come in for a computer skills test after that is passed they call you in for a one on one interview with one of the supervisors.

The interview process lasted for about 3 months. Spoke with three people in the organization over the phone. All of them asked the same basic questions like what you know, do you know this do you know tht, will you work this shift , will you travel, etc.. After 3 months of the process they never told me if I was selected or not. Tried calling but in vain. Highly unprofessional.
